- 1/2 tsp (1 ml) dried parsley
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, olive oil, onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, black peppercorns, black pepper seeds, dried mint, and dried parsley.
- Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- Form the mixture into 1 kg (2.2 lbs) patties.
- Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Tips:
- For a more flavorful dish, add 1 tbsp (15 ml) of chopped fresh herbs, such as rosemary or thyme.
