Ingredients:

Instructions:

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, green bell pepper, mushrooms, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well to combine.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into a 12-inch (30-cm) circle.
- Transfer the pastry to baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Tips:
- For a more flavorful filling, add 1/2 cup of chopped herbs, such as parsley, chives, or thyme.
- You can also add 1/4 cup of grated cheese to the filling.
