如何煮牛排?
Ingredients:
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of beef tenderloin, cut into 12 equal pieces

Instructions:

- Add the vegetables: Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the herbs and spices: Add the oregano, thyme, black peppercorns, and salt to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the beef to the vegetables: Add the beef tenderloin to the pan with the vegetables.
- Simmer: Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes, or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
- Serve: Serve the beef tenderloin with the vegetables on a plate.
Tips:
- For a more flavorful dish, use a high-quality beef tenderloin.
- If you don't have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs.
- Serve with a side of roasted potatoes or green beans.
