Ingredients:

  5. Add the herbs and spices: Add the oregano, thyme, black peppercorns, and salt to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the beef to the vegetables: Add the beef tenderloin to the pan with the vegetables.
  7. Simmer: Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes, or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
  8. Serve: Serve the beef tenderloin with the vegetables on a plate.

Tips:

  • For a more flavorful dish, use a high-quality beef tenderloin.
  • If you don't have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs.
