如何烹饪黄芪炖鸡?
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the pot and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
- Add the onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, mint, black peppercorns, and ground black pepper to the pot.
- Add the tomato paste and water to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Add the chicken back to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve over rice, with fresh cilantro leaves on top.
