如何制作花蛤蒸?

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of fresh clams
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1 tsp of dried basil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Clean and wash the clams thoroughly.
  2. Cut the clams into 2-3 cm pieces.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  4. Add the clams and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are just cooked through.
  5. Add the onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Add the parsley and cilantro to the pot.
  8. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • For a richer dish, add 1 tbsp of chopped tomatoes or tomatoes in sauce.
  • Serve with crusty bread or pasta.
  • You can also add other vegetables to the dish, such as carrots or celery.
