如何制作花蛤蒸?
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of fresh clams
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Clean and wash the clams thoroughly.
- Cut the clams into 2-3 cm pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the clams and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are just cooked through.
- Add the onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
- Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the parsley and cilantro to the pot.
- Serve immediately.
Tips:
- For a richer dish, add 1 tbsp of chopped tomatoes or tomatoes in sauce.
- Serve with crusty bread or pasta.
- You can also add other vegetables to the dish, such as carrots or celery.
