如何做成面汤?
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can of diced tomatoes
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the black and white pepper, tomatoes, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cornstarch and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with a side of crusty bread.
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use a combination of different types of tomatoes, such as diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, and whole tomatoes.
- You can also add other vegetables to the soup, such as carrots, celery, or bell peppers.
- If you don't have fresh ginger, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of dried ginger.
- Serve with a side of crusty bread for dipping.
