如何做成面汤?

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper
  • 1 (15-ounce) can of diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the black and white pepper, tomatoes, and water.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot with a side of crusty bread.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use a combination of different types of tomatoes, such as diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, and whole tomatoes.
  • You can also add other vegetables to the soup, such as carrots, celery, or bell peppers.
  • If you don't have fresh ginger, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of dried ginger.
  • Serve with a side of crusty bread for dipping.
