如何制作春酱炸酱面?

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of minced pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black bean sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced pork, black peppercorns, ground white pepper, salt, and black bean sauce to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the pork is browned.
  3. Add the green onions, cilantro, peanuts, dried shiitake mushrooms, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Add the cornstarch and water to the pot and stir until dissolved.
  6. Serve hot with sesame oil.
