如何制作春酱炸酱面?
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of minced pork
- 1/2 teaspoon of black peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts
- 1 tablespoon of chopped dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the minced pork, black peppercorns, ground white pepper, salt, and black bean sauce to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the pork is browned.
- Add the green onions, cilantro, peanuts, dried shiitake mushrooms, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 15 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Add the cornstarch and water to the pot and stir until dissolved.
- Serve hot with sesame oil.
